Flow/Carton Flow Rack - Used 96" H x 72" D w/4 Levels

Sometimes called Carton Flow or Gravity Flow Racks, these are generally hand loaded and unloaded. This flow rack system is used to provide a FIFO (first-in, first-out) method for accessing smaller items. Cartons or totes are placed in the flow rack from the rear, then roll down a bed of rollers until it is stopped by the front of the rack or by another box. Dividers can be used to separate the flow rack into rows. The flow rack dividers prevent boxes from overlapping. Flow racks can store multiple units deep, therefore achieving great high-density as well as dynamic storage. When specifying a flow rack system, it is important to know the size of cartons that will be used, the weight of those cartons, and how much storage surface area is needed.
